Please note, early RSVs had very strong magnets within the Flyweel that could produce 500 Watts output in the Stator, this can lead to premature stator failure due to excessive heat created. Later flywheels were fitted to bikes to produce 350 Watts. A warrenty will only be given on rewound stators that are fitted to bikes fitted with a rotor with a capacity output of 350 watts.
This alternator stator is not directly initially available to order from the website, if you wish to have your stator repaired/rewound please contact us via email info@bbbikeshop.co.uk call 0044(0)1672512240, or call/text/WhatsApp 07733322574. We will need to receive your faulty unit for repair. The turn around is approx 3-5 working days from when received to time of return dispatch. Times can be longer in busy periods or if special parts are need to be ordered, however if there are delays, we will notify you. Once the work is completed on your stator we will make the item temporarily available to purchase online and then contact you. Please send your stator with your contact details to :-
