To Fit :- Husqvarna SM610/TE610/TE410/SM410/SM630/TE630 (Stator Size 104.4/38/16mm).
This is for the rewinding the ignition source coil only, if others require rewinding please contact us.
We are seeing more of these with damage where the stator fixing bolts or starter clutch bolts come loose and therefore come into contact with the flywheel, if we receive a stator that has severe damage we will endever to repair the one we receive. Another point, we are also receiving stators with external pickup damage, if we receive a unit with pickup damage ie: broken wires etc we will try and repair, if that is not possible then we will supply and fit a new pickup (P71) this will add a further cost of refurbishment. We may request you to forward a picture to us showing any damage prior to sending the stator to us.

This alternator stator is not directly initially available to order from the website, if you wish to have your stator repaired/rewound please contact us via email info@bbbikeshop.co.uk call 0044(0)1672512240, or call/text/WhatsApp 07733322574. We will need to receive your faulty unit for repair. The turn around is approx 5-7 working days from when received to time of return dispatch. Times can be longer in busy periods or if special parts are need to be ordered, however if there are delays, we will notify you. Once the work is completed on your stator we will make the item temporarily available to purchase online and then contact you. Please send your stator with your contact details to :-
