All orders are accepted by BB Bikeshop Ltd on these conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of the company. All descriptions and illustrations contained in any technical data or literature, or any prices are intended merely to present the general idea of the Products and nothing contained in any of them shall form any part of the contract between BB Bikeshop Ltd and the Customer. No liability can be accepted for errors or omissions in any technical data or literature supplied to the customer.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days. They may be withdrawn at any time before issue of an “Order Acknowledgement” or despatch of the goods whichever occurs first. BB Bikeshop Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order once accepted. All quotations are not subject to VAT at the applicable rate (BB Bikeshop Ltd is NON vat registered). Input VAT cannot be reclaimed for anybody purchasing goods or services from BB Bikeshop LTD.

Quotations

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit/debits cards and Paypal payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items or rewinds on stators are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post, we can also except bank transfers.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Exports
The customer acknowledges that any products or technical data may be subject to the export control restrictions applicable to BB Bikeshop Ltd and/or the customer under U.K. or foreign laws or regulations. The customer will not do or omit to do anything that would place BB Bikeshop Ltd in breach of the said laws and regulations.
NOTE: Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Items ordered in error
If an item has been ordered in error, you should inform us within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept returned goods without prior consent except under guarantee. A minimum restocking/administration charge of £5 will be made on returned goods

Shipping And Handling
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
BB Bikeshop Ltd may in certain circumstances, decline to trade with any company or individual. Also and not withstanding any other provisions of these conditions of sale, BB Bikeshop Ltd may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving the customer written notice of non-acceptance within one working day of receipt of an order. Should a customer’s order not be accepted in respect of which payment has been received, the full amount of any such payment will be refunded.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders can only be accepted after prior agreement. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. On their return they can be replaced or a refund issued via your original payment method.

Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Liability
BB Bikeshop Ltd accept no liability in relation to consequential damage, injury, death or loss of revenue arising from defective items.
BB Bikeshop Ltd may in certain circumstances, decline to trade with any company or individual. Tax Charges
There are no tax charges within the UK, orders sent outside of the UK may incure your country import charges, this is out of our control.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Transactions in foreign currencies
The exchange rate is updated daily on our website to maintain an accurate conversion from Sterling to Euros. Please be aware credit/debit card providers may charge extra when making payments in foreign currency.

Warranty
Alternator Stator Rewinds - these can vairy, please see information on individual items.
Road bike components - one year from the date of purchase
Off-road bike components - six months from the date of purchase
Race bike components - no warranty in line with industry practice
Any warranty does not cover defects due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or modification.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from BB Bikeshop Limited however there may be certain instances when products may need to be returned.
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return. Please note that the customer has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and that they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment.
- Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item.
- When fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.
- No refund can be given If the item is out of warranty, if the item is within warranty but has been subjected to conditions beyond their specification or the item has been fitted/used.
- Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
Internation Returns
International returns must be marked as Return - Failed Sale' on any customs documentation. If there are any customs fees to pay we will deduct these from your refund/credit.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
