Kawasaki KLX450R Upgraded Stator and Regulator Rectifier

Upgraded stator and regulator rectifier to fit a Kawasaki KLX450R. (Stator size: 72.5/34/13mm).

This is a brand new stator that will now produce a single phase 100W output over coming the poor OE charging and lighting. You will need to fit the twin A/C input wire regulator rectifier (supplied), and modify the existing wiring on your bike to suit. (Wiring modification guide instructions supplied). There is no longer a ground connection on this stator, all lights and ancillaries on your bike will now be working direct from the battery DC system. 12v Regulator Rectifier also included.

Please note this new stator will not work on your bike if the new regulator rectifier and you current bikes wiring has not be modified.

No need to send us your stator for modification.
