Flywheel Rotor modification service to Fit :- Morini Corguaro, Dart, New York, Excaliber, Kokusan rotor. OE part ref: GP9304. Please note, we will need to receive your old rotor first. This is a modification to your old rotor, we remove the old broken magnets, supply and replace with a new "one piece" modern style magnet ring. DIY kit also available. For a fee we can also machine down the weighted section on the rear of the rotor to improve engine performance. The video link below shows how we do the modification to these rotors.

The modification will take approximately 7 - 10 days after we have received it. Always remove your flywheel rotor using the correct tool, do not use a "legged" puller on the outer part of the flywheel, this can distort the flywheel.
Weight of rotor is approximately 2400 gms after modification with flywheel weight still intact.
Weight of rotor is approximately 1500 gms after modification and flywheel weight removed.

We will need to receive your faulty unit for repair. The turn around is approx 7-10 working days from when received to time of return dispatch. Times can be longer in busy periods, however if there are delays, we will notify you.
